摘要
在中医理论指导下,诠释了中药产生“毒”“效”作用的内涵,分析了有毒中药的毒性与效应之间的内在关系。基于该课题组提出的“异类相制”理论,解析复方配伍减毒增效的内涵。通过从物质基础方面提出有毒中药未来研究的新方法,来深入分析中药复方配伍减毒增效的物质基础,探索毒效物质角色转换的内在机制,为开展减毒增效研究寻求安全有效的用药途径。
Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,this paper interpreted the connotation of“toxicity”and“effect”of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and analyzed the toxic effect relations of toxic TCM.Based on the theory of“heterogeneous restriction”put forward by the research group,this paper analyzed the connotation of compound compatibility in reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.By proposing new methods for the future research of toxic TCM from the material basis aspect,this paper analyzed the material basis of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,explored the internal mechanism of the role transformation of toxic and effective substances,and sought the safe and effective drug use ways for the research of toxicity reduction and efficiency enhancement.
