基于模式生物费氏弧菌Hormesis效应的中药非典型剂量-反应关系与定量化表征 被引量:5

Atypical Dose-Response Relationship and Quantitative Characterization of Chinese Medicine based on Hormesis Effect of Model Organism Vibrio fischeri

摘要 中药多组分复杂性药理作用量效关系是难以把握的“不传之秘”,经典的剂量-效应模型在方药量效关系研究中受到严峻挑战。近年一种新的毒物兴奋效应模型(Hormesis效应)用于非典型剂量-反应关系受到关注。我们基于模式生物费氏弧菌建立Hormesis效应测试关键技术平台,实现对中药Hormesis效应的精准识别和客观评价,可客观描述复杂性中药的非典型剂量-反应关系,科学阐释中药通过Hormesis剂量反应机制发挥双相调节作用科学假说,为建立精准的中药治疗剂量和临床合理用药方案提供新的科学依据。 The dose-response relationship in the complex pharmacological actions of multiple components of Chinese medicine is a"secret"that is difficult to grasp.The classical dose-response model is severely challenged in the study of dose-response relationship of Chinese medicinal prescriptions.In recent years,a new model of toxic and excitatory effect(hormesis effect)has attracted much attention for the application of atypical dose-response relationship.Based on the model organism Vibrio fischeri,we have established a key technology platform for the hormesis effect to achieve accurate identification and objective evaluation of the hormesis effect in Chinese medicine.It can objectively describe the atypical dose-response relationship of complex Chinese medicine,scientifically explain the scientific hypothesis that Chinese medicine plays a biphasic regulatory role through hormesis dose-response mechanism,and provide a new scientific basis for determining the accurate therapeutic dosage of Chinese medicine and development a clinical protocol for rational medication.
