摘要
高铁车站候车楼大型金属屋面防水施工节点和防水盲点多,如果设计存在缺陷或施工疏忽,在车站运营过程中容易出现渗漏水现象。文章结合石济高铁齐河站工程实践,针对“铝镁锰金属板+TPO防水卷材”组成的铝镁锰金属屋面复合防水系统,对天沟位置设置、金属屋面结合方式、固定钉防水、天窗防水、屋脊防水等方面进行优化研究,同时增加溢流口、漏水收集槽以提高铝镁锰金属屋面防水效果,确保工程的施工质量,相关经验可为今后类似金属屋面防水工程提供参考。
The large metal roof of high-speed railway station waiting buildings presents numerous waterproof construction nodes and blind spots.If there are design defects or negligence during construction,the roof of the station waiting building is susceptible to water seepage during operation.Drawing from the engineering practice at Qihe Station of Shijiazhuang-Jinan High-Speed Railway,this study focuses on the composite waterproof system for aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy roofs,which comprises"aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy plate+thermoplastic polyolefin(TPO)waterproof membrance."The optimization efforts concentrated on the location of gutters,metal roof bonding method,setscrews waterproofi ng,skylights waterproofi ng,and ridge waterproofing.Additionally,overflow ports and leakage collection grooves were incorporated to enhance the waterproofing effectiveness of the aluminum magnesium manganese roof and ensure the construction quality of the project.This research provides valuable guidance for future similar metal roof waterproofi ng projects.
