摘要
地铁是现代化城市重要的交通工具,目前地铁运营过程中比较突出的工程问题是渗漏水,渗漏问题往往在运营数月或数年后爆发。本课题对于地铁地面建筑部分采用喷淋法,通过改进实体工程检测的方法和技术,完善检测设备,模拟台风、强暴雨风雨环境,对深圳地铁6号线车辆段运用库、综合楼、主变电站、出入口雨棚等工程开展了防水质量检测。提前发现渗漏问题,促进参建各方改进设计和工艺,避免了后期渗漏水造成的直接损失和间接损失。
Subway is an important means of transportation in modern cities.At present,the outstanding engineering problem in the process of subway operation is leakage.It breaks out months or years after operation.For the ground building,spray method is used to simulate the leakage prevention ability of the exterior facade of the building and entrance under the action of typhoon,heavy rain and wind and rain.By improving the methods and techniques of physical engineering inspection on the spot and perfecting the testing equipment,the scientific research work of waterproof quality inspection of physical engineering has been carried out for the depot of Line 6 depot,comprehensive building,main substation,entrance and exit rain shed and so on.The anti-leakage inspection and inspection of exterior wall doors and windows are carried out to detect the leakage problem as soon as possible,to promote the parties involved in the construction to improve the design and technology.It avoids the direct loss and indirect loss caused by the later leakage.
