摘要
地铁配套的地下建筑因运营和安全需要在防水性能方面的要求高于房建地下室和铁路工程,与地铁配套用作设备间(电站、机房、控制中心等)的地面建筑对防水要求也比普通建筑高。地铁工程实体的防水性能在验收时应得到有效的检验。现行国家和行业标准对于地铁建筑的实体工程防水质量检测存在的主要缺陷如下:①检测方法没有满足设计要求,对建筑物外墙、外窗和幕墙实体防水检测现有方法可操作性差;②对于地下建筑工程实体防水检测缺少有效的技术和方法;③缺少系统性工程的实体防水质量评定标准,在实际工作中对工程验收难以起到有效的把关作用。因此,为进一步提高地铁工程防水验收效果,有必要建立更加全面的地铁工程防水专业验收规范,确保地铁工程防水性能经专业验收合格后,再进入工程竣工验收阶段。
Due to operating and safety needs,the requirements in waterproof performance for the underground buildings supporting the metro are higher than the building basement and railway works and the waterproof requirements for ground buildings used as equipment rooms(power station,machine room,control center,etc.)supporting the metro are also higher than those for ordinary buildings.The waterproof performance of the metro project entity shall be effectively tested during acceptance.The major deficiencies in the current national and industrial standards in waterproof quality inspection of physical engineering of metro buildings are shown as follows:①the operability of the existing methods for waterproof detection of external walls,external windows and curtain walls of buildings is poor;②there is a lack of effective technologies and methods for waterproof detection of the underground construction engineering entity;③due to the lack of evaluation standards for physical waterproofing quality in systematic engineering,the project acceptance in actual work cannot perform the control function effectively.Therefore,in order to further improve the effect of the waterproof acceptance of metro projects,it is necessary to establish the more comprehensive acceptance specifications of waterproof specialty in metro projects to ensure that the waterproof performance of metro project can pass the specialty acceptance before the project completion acceptance stage is started.
