摘要
直立锁边金属屋面是当前金属屋面系统中应用最为广泛的一种,在大跨度屋面系统中经常采用,但目前关于直立锁边金属屋面抗风性能的试验研究还较少。针对现有研究中存在的不足,通过直立锁边金属屋面的抗风性能试验研究,观察到了屋面板在风荷载作用下的变形情况。在此基础上,总结了直立锁边金属屋面的破坏规律,并得出如下结论:①直立锁边金属屋面破坏多为屋面板与T形码滑脱破坏;②T形码间距越大,直立锁边金属屋面强度越低;③T形码长度越大,直立锁边金属屋面强度越高。
Although the standing seam metal roof is one of the most widely used metal roofs in present,especially in large-span roofing systems,but the experimental study on the performance of standing seam metal roof under wind load is less at present.According to the deficiency in the existing research,the experimental study on the performance of standing seam metal roof under wind load and the deformation of standing seam metal roof under wind load were carried out in this paper.On this basis,the failure laws of vertical seam metal roofs are summarized,and the following results are obtained:①The failure of vertical seam metal roofs is mostly the slippage of roof panels and T-shaped codes.②The greater the distance between of the T-code,the lower strength of standing seam metal roof.③The longer length of the T-code,the higher strength of standing seam metal roof.
