摘要
随着世界各国经济交往日益频繁,物流产业的发展也越来越国际化,近几年,电子商务、跨境电商等物流业务的发展速度越来越快,而我国物流业的活动范围也逐渐扩展到国外。物流业近几年发展迅速,但由于缺乏完善的物流法律对其规范引导,导致物流业的健康发展受到了一定的制约。加快建立健全物流法制、处理影响物流发展的消极因素,是我国当前物流发展的当务之急。
With the increasingly frequent economic exchanges between countries in the world,the development of logistics industry is becoming more and more international.In recent years,the development speed of e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce and other logistics business is getting faster and faster,and China's logistics industry has gradually expanded to foreign countries.The logistics industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but due to the lagging development of the logistics industry,the healthy development of the logistics industry has been restricted to some extent.Accelerating the establishment and improvement of the logistics legal system and dealing with the negative factors that affect the development of logistics are the top priority of China's current logistics development.
