摘要
介绍了物流市场准入制度的意义及其功能,指出当前我国物流市场准入与监管制度的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上提出有针对性的建议,包括构建统一的物流市场准入法律体系、完善监督管理机制等。
In this paper, we introduced the meaning and functions of the admittance system into the logistics industry, pointed out the current situation and problems of the admittance and the supervision system in Chinese logistics market and proposed corresponding suggestions including establishing the unified admittance law system for the logistics market and perfecting the supervision management mechanism.
