摘要
当前,我国物流行业尚未意识到物流服务中存在的商标侵权风险。文章结合商标侵权的具体情形,分析物流行业法律体系和物流企业风险管理中存在的问题;并以商标侵权判定标准为基础,尝试提出完善方向和解决途径。
At present,China’s logistics industry has not yet realized the risk of trademark infringement in logistics services.Based on the specific situation of trademark infringement,this paper analyzes the problems in the legal system of logistics industry and the risk management of logistics enterprises,and tries to put forward the direction of improvement and solutions based on the criteria for determining trademark infringement.
