摘要
开展水土保持示范创建活动是推动新时代水土保持事业高质量发展的关键举措。介绍了山东省开展国家水土保持示范创建工作的实践情况,总结了加强组织领导、强化监督管理,加强资金保障、鼓励多元投入,加强政策学习、落实专业保障,加强典型宣传、营造良好氛围等示范创建工作的成效经验,并提出对策措施和下一步工作展望。
Carrying out the creation of soil and water conservation demonstration areas is a key measure to promote the high-quality development of soil and water conservation in the new era.This paper introduces the practices of creating national soil and water conservation demonstration areas in Shandong Province,summarizes the effective experiences in strengthening organizational leadership,enhancing supervision and management,securing funding,encouraging diversified investments,promoting policy learning,implementing professional support,and creating a favorable atmosphere through publicity of exemplary cases.It also puts forward countermeasures,measures,and prospects for future work.
