摘要
在传统经济发展和环境保护工作开展中,对乡村地区的水土保持工作重视不足,使得经济运行与环境保护工作要求出现严重偏差。在乡村振兴战略深入推进背景下,对水土保持工作的开展提出了新型要求。该文在对水土保持和乡村振兴战略进行解析的基础上,全方位提出水土保持在乡村振兴战略推进中的作用,结合乡村水土保持工作的现状,提出了二者关系有机协调的对策,从而为乡村水土保持工作的开展提供思路指引。
In the development of traditional economy and environmental protection,the lack of attention to soil and water conservation in rural areas has led to serious deviation between economic operation and environmental protection requirements.Under the background of the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy,new requirements are put forward for the development of soil and water conservation.Based on the analysis of the strategy of soil and water conservation and rural revitalization,this paper puts forward the role of soil and water conservation in the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy in an all-round way.Combined with the current situation of rural soil and water conservation work,it puts forward the Countermeasures for the organic coordination of the relationship between the two,so as to provide guidance for the development of rural soil and water conservation work.
