摘要
党的十九大报告做出了实施乡村振兴战略的重大决策部署,强调必须树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,不断推动实现乡村全面振兴。林业建设作为农村地区发展过程中的基础产业,对于乡村振兴战略的实施具有十分重要的影响。以河北省塞罕坝机械林场为例,基于林业发展与乡村振兴战略间的密切联系,总结塞罕坝林场60年来林业发展的探索与实践,剖析其在乡村振兴建设中所具有的社会、生态、经济、资源等多重效益;并在此基础上,总结其成功经验,就如何推进林业改革、助力乡村振兴提出了实现途径及相关策略,以期为我国林业发展及乡村振兴战略的实施提供参考。
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)made a major decision on implementing the rural revitalization strategy,stressing to establish and practice the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,and continuously promote comprehensive rural revitalization.As a basic industry in the development of rural areas,forestry construction has a very important impact on the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Taking Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm in Hebei Province as an example,based on the close relationship between forestry development and rural revitalization strategy,this paper summarizes the exploration and practice of forestry development in Saihanba Forest Farm in the past 60 years,and analyzes its social,ecological,economic,resource and other benefits in rural revitalization construction.On the basis of this,the paper summarizes its successful experience and puts forward methods and related strategies on how to promote forestry reform and boost rural revitalization,so as to provide reference for the implementation of forestry development and rural revitalization strategy in China.
