摘要
无体育不教育,随着人们对体育认知的不断提高,学校体育的地位也日益提高,双减政策出台了,《义务教育体育与健康课程标准》也重新制定,对学校体育教师的教育教学能力要求也会越来越高。体育师范生是中小学体育教师的生力军,所以体育师范生的发展直接关系到未来学校体育的发展。研究结果表明:体育师范生应具备的教育教学能力包括体育与健康课前教学设计、课中实施教学、课后反思等3个范畴、35个方面。只有全面发展这些能力,体育师范生才能不断提升自身专业发展核心素养和专业能力,适应新时代教育改革发展的需要,逐步成长为合格的中小学体育教师。
Normal university physical education students are the new force of primary and secondary school sports teachers,so the development of normal university sports students is directly related to the future development of school sports.The research results indicate that the educational and teaching abilities that normal university physical education students should possess include 3 categories and 35 aspects:pre-class teaching design,in-class implementation teaching,and post-class reflection.Only by comprehensively developing these abilities can normal university physical education students continuously improve their core professional development literacy and abilities,adapt to the needs of new era education reform and development,and gradually grow into qualified primary and secondary school physical education teachers.
