摘要
如何培养和提高师范生教育教学能力,是师范院校亟待解决的问题。师范院校在加强教育理论教学的同时,应当坚持实践导向,构建以培养师范生教育教学能力为主要目标的教育实践培养模式,通过以校内实践为基础、以教育实习为抓手、建立师范院校与中小学和教育行政部门“协同育人”的实践共同体等,多头并进,培养、提高师范生教育教学能力。
It is an important connotation of normal education to cultivate and improve the education and teaching ability of normal students,and it is also the basic quality requirement of new normal education for teachers.It is a problem for normal universities to actively explore the cultivation path of“education and teaching ability”.Therefore,to adhere to the practice orientation,normal universities should start from the following three aspects:first,strive to build a school practice training mode with the goal of cultivating normal students’education and teaching ability;second,take educational practice as an opportunity to temper education and teaching ability in practical activities;third,we should establish a community of educational practice in which normal universities and primary and secondary education and education administrative departments work together to cultivate students.Through multi-channel,multi-mode,com-prehensive system,all-round,the whole process of training normal students'education and teaching ability.
