摘要
重症监护护理是一个融合多学科知识的护理实践领域,随着重症医学的飞速发展,培养及聘用高素质的重症监护室护士是未来重症护理学科必然趋势。硕士研究生护士是专业素养与综合能力较高的群体,如能有效引导和培养,势必能在今后临床重症护理工作中发挥重要作用。然而,目前我国重症监护室护理硕士研究生的临床培训模式还处于不断完善和发展之中,硕士研究生护士在重症护理方面的价值并未得到很好的体现。本文主要通过参考国内外的最新文献,提出重症监护室护理硕士研究生的临床培训需从护理职业道德、专业理论知识、临床实践能力、护理科研能力、沟通与表达能力等方面的综合素质为着力点,做好顶层设计,明确培训目标,形成以能力为导向、专科特色鲜明的硕士研究生护士培训模式,为重症医学科专科化人才培养提供指导。
Intensive care nursing is a nursing practice field integrating multidisciplinary knowledge.With the rapid development of intensive care medicine,training and hiring high-quality intensive care nurses is an inevitable trend of intensive care nursing in the future.Postgraduate nurses are a group with high professional quality and comprehensive ability.If they can be effectively guided and cultivated,they are bound to play an important role in the future clinical intensive care work.However,at present,the clinical training mode of master of nursing in intensive care unit is still in continuous improvement and development,and the value of master of nursing in intensive care has not been well reflected.By referring to the latest literature at home and abroad,this paper puts forward that the clinical training of nursing postgraduates in intensive care unit should focus on the comprehensive quality of nursing professional ethics,professional theoretical knowledge,clinical practice ability,nursing scientific research ability,communication and expression ability,do a good job in the top-level design,clarify the training objectives.To form a competency oriented training mode with distinctive specialty characteristics,provides guidance for the cultivation of specialized talents in clinical intensive care.
