具身视角下正念训练在工匠之师“德”“技”培养中的作用研究

摘要 高水平、高素质工匠之师队伍的建设有助于职业教育高质量发展以及“技能型社会”建成目标的推进。工匠之师需要具备高超的技艺,卓越的教学技能和崇高的师德。现阶段工匠之师“德”“技”的培养面临着诸多困境,这些困境的突破需要从具身认知的视角出发,发挥大脑、身体与环境的协同作用。正念训练作为一种强调通过觉察与接纳关注身体的感受及其向大脑传递的信息的训练方式,有助于工匠之师从接纳自己和学生层面提升其“德”,从专注力、创造力提升等层面精进其专业技术技能与教学技能。可通过开设相关课程,对工匠之师开展正念训练,并在此基础上鼓励其将正念技术和理念运用到具体的教学与技能操作情境中。 The team construction of high-level and high-quality craftsman’s teacher is conducive to the high-quality development of vocational education and the promotion of the goal of building a skilled society.Teachers of Craftsmen needs to have superb skills,excellent teaching skills and noble ethics.At present,the cultivation of craftsman’s teacher morality and skills is facing many difficulties.The breakthrough of these difficulties needs to give play to the synergy of brain,body and environment from the perspective of embodied cognition.Mindfulness training,as a training method that emphasizes the awareness and acceptance of the feelings of the body and the information transmitted to the brain,helps the craftsman’s teachers to improve theirmorality from the level of accepting themselves and students,and refine their professional technical skills and teaching skills from the levels of concentration and creativity.Relevant courses can be offered to carry out mindfulness training for teachers,and on this basis,encourage them to apply mindfulness technology and ideas to specific teaching and practice.
