摘要
任何理想的课程设计都要通过教师来落实,跨学科教学是撬动新课程实施的关键支点,也是新课程改革对教师的高期待。但目前教师跨学科教学力整体较弱,各学科教师跨学科教学力均不容乐观,跨学科教学力提升势在必行。教师跨学科教学力涵盖跨学科教学设计力、实施力和评价力。跨学科教学设计力包括跨学科学习内容整合力、学习者分析力、教学目标制定力、教学活动的组织设计力、教学评价方案设计力;跨学科教学实施力包括跨学科学习激励力、学习指导力、学习成果展示力;跨学科教学评价力包括多主体评价的组织力、跨学科学习的多元评价力、评价方法的综合运用力,以及跨学科教学的自我评价力。
Any ideal course design must be implemented by teachers,and interdisciplinary teaching is the key leverage point for implementing the new curriculum and the high expectation of the new curriculum reform for teachers.However,at present,the overall interdisciplinary teaching competence of teachers is weak,and that of subject-specific teachers is also not optimistic,so the enhancement of interdisciplinary teaching competence is imperative.Teachers’interdisciplinary teaching competence includes the competence of interdisciplinary teaching design,implementation and evaluation.Interdisciplinary teaching design competence includes the integration of interdisciplinary learning content,learner analysis,teaching goals setting,organization and design of teaching activities and teaching evaluation schemes.Interdisciplinary teaching implementation competence includes interdisciplinary learning incentives,guidance for learning,and demonstration of learning outcomes.Interdisciplinary teaching evaluation competence includes the organization of multi-subject evaluation,the diverse evaluation of interdisciplinary learning,the comprehensive application of the evaluation method,and the self-evaluation competence of interdisciplinary teaching.
