摘要
三七皂苷R_(1)为三七中特有成分,药理作用广泛。三七皂苷R_(1)通过抗炎、抗凋亡、改善能量代谢、抑制氧化应激、抑制心肌纤维化、抗心律失常、舒张血管和促血管生成等作用有效防治多种心血管疾病,如缺血性心脏病、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、心肌炎、心律失常、心肌肥厚和心力衰竭等。针对三七皂苷R_(1)在心血管疾病防治方面的分子机制研究进行综述,以期为进一步开发三七皂苷R_(1)的潜在治疗价值和临床应用发挥参考作用。
Notoginsenoside R_(1) is a unique component in Panax notoginseng,with extensive pharmacological effects.Notoginsenoside R_(1) can effectively prevent and treat a variety of cardiovascular diseases,such as ischemic heart disease,atherosclerosis,hypertension,myocarditis,arrhythmia,myocardial hypertrophy and heart failure,through anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptosis,improving energy metabolism,inhibiting oxidative stress,inhibiting myocardial fibrosis,anti-arrhythmia,vasodilation and promoting angiogenesis.This article reviews the research on the molecular mechanism of notoginsenoside R_(1) in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,hoping to play a reference role in further developing the potential therapeutic value and clinical application of notoginsenoside R_(1).
