摘要
“心与小肠相表里”是中医传统藏象学说的重要理论之一,心与小肠生理相通,病理相关,相互为用。小肠主液,受盛化物,泌别清浊,转输精微,奉心化赤;心主行血,心阳推动血液运行,濡养小肠以行化物之功。若小肠泌别清浊功能失司,日久形成痰饮、水湿等病理产物,痹阻心脉,则发为胸痹心痛。肠道菌群失调可导致炎症反应,加速动脉粥样硬化发生发展的进程。这一机制与“心与小肠相表里”的中医理论相似。近年来,相关研究提出的“心—肠轴”亦为心与小肠相表里理论的阐释提供了新视角。基于CHD与肠道微生态关系理论,探讨“心与小肠相表里”的科学内涵,并为利用“心与小肠相表里”这一传统藏象理论防治心血管疾病提供新思路。
“Heart and the small intestine are each other inside and outside” is one of the important theories of the traditional Tibetan elephant theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The heart and small intestine are physiological, pathological related and useful to each other. Small intestine main liquid, by compound, distinguide between clean and dirty, transfer fine, supply the heart to generate blood;heart main blood, heart Yang promote blood operation, nourishing the small intestine to chemical work. If the small intestine loses its function of distinguishing between clean and dirty things, over time to form sputum drinking, water and other pathological products, paralysis blocks the cardiac blood vessels, chest pain is formed. Dysregulation of intestinal microbiota can lead to an inflammatory response and accelerate the process of the development of atherosclerosis. This mechanism is similar to the TCM theory of “heart and the small intestine are each other inside and outside”.The “heart-gut axis” proposed in recent years also provides a new perspective for explaining the surface theory of the heart and small intestine. Based on the theoretical basis of the relationship between coronary heart disease and intestinal microecology, the author discusses the scientific connotation of “heart and the small intestine are each other inside and outside”,and provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases by using the traditional Tibetan theory of “heart and the small intestine are each other inside and outside”.
