摘要
目的:优化八味伤科活血片的提取工艺,并测定三七皂苷R1的含量。方法:以干浸膏收得率与总黄酮含量为指标,正交设计优选八味伤科活血片的提取工艺;采用HPLC检测八味伤科活血片中三七皂苷R1的含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍量的水加热提取2次,每次1.5 h。三七皂苷R1在0.388 mg/mL^3.880 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率(n=6)为93.16%,RSD为1.2%。结论:优选的工艺条件和HPLC含量测定方法,准确、可靠,重现性好,可用于八味伤科活血片的提取和质量控制。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Bawei Shangke Huoxue tablets and determine the notoginsenoside R1 content.Methods:The yield of dry extract and the content of total flavonoids were taken as indexes.Extraction technology of Bawei Shangke Huoxue tablets was optimized by orthogonal design.Notoginsenoside R1 in Bawei Shangke Huoxue tablets was determined by HPLC.Results:The optimum extraction process was 10 times of water heated for 2 times,1.5 hours each time.Notoginsenoside R1 has a good linearity in the range of 0.388 mg/mL^3.880 mg/mL.The average recovery rate(n=6)is 93.16%and the RSD is 1.2%.Conclusion:The optimum technological conditions and the determination method of notoginsenoside R1 content by HPLC are accurate,reliable and reproducible,so it could be used for the extraction and quality control of Bawei Shangke Huoxue tablets.
