摘要
数字经济是推进职业教育高质量发展的重要手段。为实现数字经济赋能职业教育高质量发展,文章首先分析了数字经济赋能职业教育高质量发展的内涵,指出职业教育高质量发展不仅要求内部要素与治理主体的充分发展,也要求内外系统的协调发展;数字经济与职业教育高质量发展是一种互利共赢的关系。之后,文章探究了数字经济赋能职业教育高质量发展的内在机理,认为数字经济产生的创新效应、协同效应与共享效应能助推职业教育内部要素升级、治理主体交互、内外系统互动。最后,文章从基础设施建设、主体协同共治、区域协调发展等角度提出数字经济赋能职业教育高质量发展的路径,以期为数字经济时代我国职业教育高质量发展提供理论参考。
The digital economy is the important means to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.In order to realize the high-quality development of vocational education empowered by the digital economy,this paper firstly analyzed the connotation of the high-quality development of vocational education empowered by the digital economy,and pointed out that the high-quality development of vocational education not only required the full development of internal elements and governance subjects,but also required the coordinated development of internal and external systems.Meanwhile,the digital economy and high-quality development of vocational education was a mutually beneficial and win-win relationship.Then,the internal mechanism of the high-quality development of vocational education empowered by the digital economy was investigated.It was believed in this paper that the innovative effects,collaborative effects,and sharing effects generated by the digital economy could promote the upgrading of internal factors of vocational education,the alternation of governance subjects and the interaction of internal and external systems.Finally,the paths of the high-quality development of vocational education empowered by the digital economy were proposed from the perspectives of infrastructure construction,subject collaboration and co-governance,and regional coordinated development,expecting to provide theoretical reference for the high-quality development of vocational education in China in the digital economy era.
