摘要
目的探讨舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂特异性免疫治疗(SLIT)儿童过敏性结膜炎(AC)的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2019年1月至2020年10月在深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院就诊的306例AC患儿作为研究对象,按治疗方法分为对照组153例,单纯使用抗过敏药物;试验组153例,使用抗过敏药物+SLIT。比较两组患儿治疗前及治疗1、2年时的症状、体征评分和总有效率,并记录不良反应。结果两组患儿症状评分和体征评分组间、时间点及交互作用比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗1、2年症状评分和体征评分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗1、2年的症状评分和体征评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿的2年治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中未发生严重不良反应。结论SLIT治疗儿童AC效果较好且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dermatophagoides farinae sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT)for children with allergic conjunctivitis(AC).Methods A total of 306 children with AC admitted to Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(anti-allergy drug treatment,153 cases)and experimental group(anti-allergy drug+SLIT treatment,153 cases)according to the different treatment methods.Symptoms and signs scores before treatment,1 and 2 years after treatment and total effective rate were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results There were statistically significant differences in time,intergroup and interaction of the scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 years after treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 years after treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs of experimental group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group after 2 years of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment process.Conclusion SLIT is both effective and safe in treating children with AC.
