Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in children with allergic asthma.Method:From October 2016 to March 2019,128 patients with allergic asthma induced by IgE,which was definitely diagnosed as dust mite allergen were randomly divided into treatment group(64 cases)and control group(64 cases). The control group received only other routine asthma treatment, and the treatment group received specific immunotherapy combined with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops under the tongue. Before and after treatment, the asthma symptoms scores, drug scores, and the percentage of peak expiratory flow rate(PEF%)in the normal predicted value of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Result:The scores of asthma symptoms and medication in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of peak expiratory flow rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in children with allergic asthma is better. It can improve the asthma symptom score and drug use score(PEF),and it does not increase the adverse reactions of children.
