加速康复外科理念在ICU机械通气患者的临床应用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解加速康复外科(ERAS)理念应用在重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者中的效果。方法选取ICU机械通气患者82例,分为观察组与对照组,对照组予常规基础治疗,并予程序化脱机训练,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,应用ERAS理念,实行加速康复治疗方案。结果观察组无论是机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、并发症及住院总费用等均显著优于对照组。结论应用ERAS理念值得在ICU机械通气患者治疗中推广。
