摘要
目的观察舌下变应原特异性免疫治疗儿童过敏性哮喘的效果。方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月我院收治58例过敏性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,将所有患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各29例。对照组给予吸入布地耐德气雾剂治疗,观察组给予舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后的血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量的变化情况以及临床治疗效果。结果两组患儿治疗后的IFN-γ及IL-4水平与治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的IFN-γ水平高于对照组,IL-4水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童过敏性哮喘治疗中给予舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂特异性免疫治疗,有利于改善患儿的哮喘症状,临床疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of sublingual allergen specific immunotherapy on allergic asthma in children.Methods A total of 58 cases children with allergic asthma treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects,and all the children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Inhaled Budesonide Aerosol,and the observation group was given Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops by sublingual administrntion.The changes of serum interferon gamma(IFN-gamma)and interleukin-4(IL-4)were compared before and after treatment,and the effect of clinical treatment was compared.Results The levels of IFN-gamma and IL-4 in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IFN-gamma in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the IL-4 level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops specific immunotherapy in the treatment of allergic asthma in children is beneficial to improve the symptoms of asthma in children.It is effective in clinical treatment,and is worthy of further clinical application.
