摘要
目的分析脂肪因子趋化素(Chemerin)在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者血清中的表达及与辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)比值的相关性。方法选择2018年7月—2020年3月中国中医科学院西苑医院口腔科收治的OLP患者58例作为OLP组,并以医院同期健康体检者62例作为健康对照组。测定2组受试者血清Chemerin水平及外周血Th17、Treg细胞水平,并计算Th17/Treg比值;检测血清白介素-17(IL-17)、IL-10 mRNA表达;分析血清Chemerin与Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg及IL-17、IL-10 mRNA水平的关系。结果OLP组患者血清Chemerin、Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg及IL-17、IL-10 mRNA表达水平均明显高于健康对照组(t/P=3.950/0.000、8.619/0.000、4.935/0.000、4.323/0.000、9.250/0.000、8.533/0.000);OLP患者血清Chemerin水平与Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg及IL-17、IL-10 mRNA表达水平均呈正相关(r/P=0.461/0.000、0.456/0.000、0.411/0.000、0.477/0.000、0.459/0.000)。结论OLP患者血清Chemerin水平、Th17/Treg比值均明显升高,血清Chemerin水平与Th17/Treg呈正相关,Chemerin及Th17/Treg可能相互作用共同影响OLP发生、发展。
Objective To analyze the expression of adipokines chemokine(Chemerin)in the serum of patients with oral lichen planus(OLP)and its correlation with the ratio of helper T cell 17(Th17)/regulatory T cell(Treg).Methods From July 2018 to March 2020,58 patients with OLP admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Xiyuan Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were selected as the OLP group,and 62 healthy patients during the same period in the hospital were selected as the healthy control group.Measure serum Chemerin levels and peripheral blood Th17 and Treg cell levels in the two groups of subjects,and calculate Th17/Treg ratio;detect serum interleukin 17(IL-17)and IL-10 mRNA expression;analyze serum Chemerin and Th17,Treg,Th17/Treg And the relationship between IL-17,IL-10 mRNA levels.Results Serum Chemerin,Th17,Treg,Th17/Treg and IL-17,IL-10 mRNA expression levels in the OLP group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(t/P=3.950/0.000,8.619/0.000,4.935/0.000,4.323/0.000,9.250/0.000,8.533/0.000);Serum Chemerin levels in OLP patients are positively correlated with Th17,Treg,Th17/Treg and IL-17,IL-10 mRNA expression levels(r/P=0.461/0.000,0.456/0.000,0.411/0.000,0.477/0.000,0.459/0.000).Conclusion The serum Chemerin level and Th17/Treg ratio of OLP patients were significantly increased,and the serum Chemerin level was positively correlated with Th17/Treg.Chemerin and Th17/Treg may interact together to affect the occurrence and development of OLP.
