摘要
为了提高刮板输送机的工作效率,分析了刮板输送机底板、拖轮及尾轮张紧机构存在的缺陷,并针对性提出改造升级方案。改造后刮板输送机与改造之前相比,具有显著的效果,不仅没有出现过任何的故障,而且效率得到较大提升。
In order to improve the efficiency of the scraper conveyor,the defects of the floor,drag wheel and tail wheel tensioning mechanism of the scraper conveyor were analyzed,and the renovation and upgrading scheme was proposed.After the transformation,the scraper conveyor has remarkable effect compared with before the transformation,not only has there been no failure,but also the efficiency has been greatly improved.
