矿用刮板输送机状态监测系统设计及其实现研究 被引量:1

摘要 在对SGD730/320(B)型刮板输送机基本结构及其使用的永磁变频一体机工作原理进行概述的基础上,对刮板输送机状态监测系统整体方案进行了设计。主要由传感器组、CANopen主站、CANopen主线、上位机、数据库服务器等部分构成,可以对一体机和刮板的运行状态进行实时监测。系统中使用的PLC控制器、接近开关、温度传感器和转速传感器的型号分别为S7-1200、LJ30A3-15-Z/BY、PT100和GMP-D-16。从一体机运行状态监测和刮板倾斜状态监测两个层面详细介绍了系统的软件程序。对状态监测系统进行实践测试,发现达到了预期效果,具有良好的监测精度。 Based on the overview of the basic structure of the SGD730/320(B)type scraper conveyor and the working principle of the permanent magnet frequency conversion integrated machine used,the overall scheme of the scraper conveyor condition monitoring system is designed.It is mainly composed of sensor group,CANopen master station,CANopen main line,host computer,database server and other parts,which can monitor the running status of the all-in-one machine and the scraper in real time.The models of PLC controllers,proximity switches,temperature sensors and rotational speed sensor used in the system are S7-1200,LJ30A3-15-Z/BY,PT100 and GMP-D-16 respectively.The software program of the system is introduced in detail from the monitoring of the running state of the all-in-one machine and the monitoring of the inclined state of the scraper.The practical test of the condition monitoring system is carried out,and it is found that the expected effect has been achieved,and it has a good monitoring accuracy.
