摘要
刮板输送机是现代化综采工作面不可缺少的主要输送设备,在重型刮板输送机的使用过程中,时常遇到坡度较大的工作面,因此需要增加1套垂直驱动。传统的垂直驱动盖板在使用过程中会造成侧上方落煤对驱动部分造成的损坏和积煤情况,并且极易造成工伤,为了改善这种现象,在原有的盖板和转载输送机过渡槽挡板之间用螺栓联接形成过渡,使垂直驱动上方形成一个安全封闭的防护空间,阻挡煤块或矸石等坠落,避免损伤垂直驱动装置和其他关键位置,减少检修时造成人员伤害的可能性,消除安全隐患。
Scraper conveyor is the indispensable conveying equipment of the modern fully mechanized mining face.It is often encounter larger gradient working face during the use of heavy scraper conveyor.Therefore,increasing a set of vertical drive is necessary.In the process of use,the traditional vertical driven plate can cause damage to the driving part caused by coal falling over the side and coal accumulation,and it is easily to cause inductrial injury.In order to improve this phenomenon,bolting the original cover plate and transfer conveyor aqueduct baffle.It can form a closed safety protective space above the vertical drive to block coal and waste rock falling.It also can avoid damaging the vertical drive and other key positions,reduce the personal damage during maintenance,and eliminate safety hazards.
