摘要
针对山西霍尔辛赫煤业公司3603工作面煤层赋存条件和开采需要,研制了一款SGZ1000/2×855型专用刮板输送机,并对其结构、性能进行了分析阐述。在3603一次采全高开采工作面的实践应用效果表明,该设备能适应3603工作面采煤工艺以及和采煤机、液压支架的配套要求,为实现工作面高产高效安全开采奠定了基础。
According to the existing conditions and mining needs of coal seam in 3603 working face of Shanxi Holzinger Coal Industry Company,a special scraper conveyor SGZ1000/2×855 is developed,and its structure and performance are analyzed.The practical application results in 3603 full height mining face show that the equipment can meet the requirements of coal mining technology and matching with shearer and hydraulic support in 3603 working face,which lays a foundation for high-yield,high-efficiency and safe mining.
