摘要
为了减缓刮板输送机驱动链轮的磨损,提升驱动链轮的使用寿命,对刮板输送机驱动链轮磨损机理进行了一定的分析,给出了预测驱动链轮寿命的经验公式。通过正交实验找到了最合理的齿根圆半径、齿根圆弧半径和链窝弧半径,经过验证优化后的链轮最大应力值降低至156.7 MPa,同时最大应变为1.078 mm,最大应力减小了6.57%,最大应变减小了6.84%,有效地降低了驱动链轮的应力分布情况,提升了驱动链轮的使用寿命。
in order to slow down the wear of the drive sprocket of the scraper conveyor and improve the service life of the drive sprocket.In this paper,the wear mechanism of the drive chain wheel of scraper conveyor is analyzed,and the empirical formula for predicting the life of the drive chain wheel is given.Through orthogonal experiment,the most reasonable radius of tooth root circle,tooth root arc and chain socket arc are found.After verification and optimization,the maximum stress value of sprocket is reduced to 156.7mpa,while the maximum strain is 1.078mm,the maximum stress is reduced by 6.57%,and the maximum strain is reduced by 6.84%,which effectively reduces the stress distribution of driving sprocket and improves the service life of driving sprocket.
