摘要
工程教育专业认证已成为国际通行的工程教育质量保证制度,申请和通过工程教育认证对于高校深化改革工程教育、提高教学质量具有重要的意义。在工程教育专业认证的大背景下,天津农学院食品质量与安全专业结合社会对食品质量与安全专业人才的发展需要,修订完成2021版人才培养方案。基于该专业的培养目标,对食品质量与安全专业原有的课程体系进行梳理和完善,通过加强学生实践环节的教学和管理,以期提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,从而实现个人的专业发展。
Engineering education certification has become an internationally engineering education quality assurance system.Applying and passing engineering education certification is very important to all the universities.It can deepen reform of engineering education and improve teaching quality.Under the background of engineering education certification,the Food Quality and Safety Major of Tianjin Agricultural University revised the talent training program(2021).According to the needs of the society for food safety professionals,the original curriculum system was improved.Teaching and management of practice have been strengthened to improve students’ability to solve complex engineering problems for achieving personal professional development.
