摘要
学前数字教育资源公共服务体系建设对促进学前教育公平,优化资源配置结构,保障学前适龄儿童接受到基本的、高质量的学前教育意义重大。学前数字教育资源公共服务体系构建应坚持幼儿发展为本、均衡优质、供需匹配、协同共治四重价值取向。研究发现:当前我国学前数字教育资源公共服务体系主要存在建设理念滞后、供给质量不高、供需错配突出、供给主体单一等问题。为更好地促进学前数字教育资源公共服务建设,未来需树立以促进幼儿发展为核心的理念;构建以政府为主导的多元供给模式;制定科学合理的质量标准;关注供给过程中的需求与期望。
The construction of public service system for pre-school digital educational resources is of great significance to improve the quality of pre-school education,optimize the resource allocation structure,and ensure that pre-school children receive basic and high-quality education.The construction of the public service system for preschool digital educational resources should adhere to four value orientations,namely,children′s development-oriented,balanced quality,supply and demand matching,and collaborative co-governance.The research found that:the current public service system for preschool digital education resources in our country mainly has problems such as lagging construction concept,low supply quality,serious mismatch between supply and demand,and single supply subject.In order to better promote the construction of public services system for preschool digital education resources,it is necessary to build a public service system for preschool digital education resources centered on promoting children′s learning and development in the future,to establish a government-led multi-supply model for preschool digital education resources public services,to standardize standards public services of digital educational resources and to focus on the needs and expectations in the process of supplying public services for pre-school digital educational resources.
