摘要
面对机遇与挑战并存的新征程,培养高素质的国际化人才是综合国力提升的基础。国际化人才培养是“双一流”高校建设的基础目标、一流学科发展的重要支撑、创新成果的动力源泉和评价体系的核心标准。当前高校国际化人才培养存在的问题表现为:人才定位模糊、教学师资遗乏、保障资源短缺、评价机制失灵等。因此,“双一流”高校应加强顶层设计,强调配套制度,发掘特色领域,借鉴先进经验,形成具有独特竞争力的国际化人才培养环境软实力。
With the new journey of opportunities and challenges combined,cultivating high-quality international talents is the basis for the enhancement of comprehensive national strength.The international talents cultivation is the basic construction goal for"double first-class"universities.It is also an important support for the development of first-class disciplines,an innovation source and a principal evaluation standard.At present,the problems of international talent cultivation are mainly manifested in the following aspects:vague positioning,inadequate high-level teachers,scarce support resources and invalid evaluation system,etc.Thus,first-class universities should strengthen top-level design,emphasize supporting systems,explore characteristic fields,learn from advanced experience,and form a unique competitive international talent cultivation environment.
