摘要
创新是当今社会经济可持续发展的动力引擎,更是一个国家科技、经济与文化等事业发展的核心竞争力,创新型人才成为高职院校人才培养的重要方向。本文首先从提升职业教育质量、助力实现教育强国与增强职业教育社会认可度等方面分析了高职院校创新型人才培养的价值。然而,目前高职院校创新型人才培养仍然面临着动力不足、师资不强以及保障不够三大困境。鉴于此,高职院校应激发学校多层动力,提升教师专业水平,构建创新型人才培养保障体系。
Innovation is the driving force behind the sustainable development of today's society and e-conomy,as well as the core competitiveness of a country's technological,economic,and cultural development.Innovative talents have become an important direction for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.This article first analyzes the value of cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational colleges from aspects such as improving the quality of vocational education,helping to achieve an educational powerhouse,and enhanc-ing the social recognition of vocational education.However,currently,the cultivation of innovative talents in vocational colleges still faces three major challenges:insufficient motivation,weak teaching staff,and insuffi-cient guarantee.In view of this,vocational colleges should stimulate the multi-level motivation of the school,improve the professional level of teachers,and build a guarantee system for innovative talent cultivation.
