细胞间黏附分子-1、基质金属蛋白酶9及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及与患者临床特征的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-1(TIMP-1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及与患者临床特征的关系。方法选取82例NSCLC患者,免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中ICAM-1、MMP9及TIMP-1的表达情况,并分析其与患者临床特征的关系,相关性分析采用Spearman等级相关分析。结果NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中ICAM-1、MMP9及TIMP-1阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。病理类型为腺癌、临床分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移的NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中ICAM-1的阳性表达率均明显高于病理类型为鳞状细胞癌、临床分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);临床分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移的NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中MMP9、TIMP-1的阳性表达率均明显高于临床分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。Spearman相关分析显示,NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中ICAM-1的表达与MMP9的表达呈正相关(r=0.618,P﹤0.01),ICAM-1的表达与TIMP-1的表达呈正相关(r=0.584,P﹤0.01),MMP9的表达与TIMP-1的表达呈正相关(r=0.641,P﹤0.01)。结论ICAM-1、MMP9及TIMP-1在NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中阳性表达率高,且与NSCLC的发生发展密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of intercelluar adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9),and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and their relationship with clinical characteristics.Method A total of 82 NSCLC patients were selected.The expression of ICAM-1,MMP9,and TIMP-1 in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by the immunohistochemical method,and their relationship with the clinical characteristics of patients were analyzed.Correlation analysis was performed using Spearman analysis.Result The positive expression rates of ICAM-1,MMP9,and TIMP-1 in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of ICAM-1 in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients with pathological type adenocarcinoma,clinical stage III-IV,and lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients with pathological type squamous cell carcinoma,clinical stage I-II,without lymph node metastasis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of MMP9 and TIMP-1 in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients with clinical stages III-IV and lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those of patients with clinical stages I-II,without lymph node metastasis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of ICAM-1 in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients was positively correlated with the expression of MMP9(r=0.618,P<0.01).The expression of ICAM-1 was positively correlated with that of TIMP-1(r=0.584,P<0.01).The expression of MMP9 was positively correlated with that of TIMP-1(r=0.641,P<0.01).Conclusion The positive expression rates of ICAM-1,MMP9,and TIMP-1 are high in tumor tissues of NSCLC patients,and closely related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
