摘要
为保障长输管道运行安全,解决气液联动阀频繁故障的问题,对某管道气液联动阀故障进行分析及现场试验,最终确定气液联动阀喷油故障为摆缸密封失效和换向阀阀芯与阀腔渗油,阀门关断故障为ESD电磁阀底部活塞密封部件损坏及压降速率管内积液冻堵。通过故障的排查解决,优化气液联动阀维护。
In order to ensure the safety of long⁃distance transportation pipeline and solve the problem of frequent failure of gas⁃liquid linkage valve,this paper analyzed and tested the failure of gas⁃liquid linkage valve in pipeline,finally,the fuel injec⁃tion fault of the gas⁃liquid linkage valve is determined to be the failure of the swing cylinder seal and the leakage of the valve core and the valve cavity.Valve shutdown failure is ESD solenoid valve bottom piston seal component damage and pressure drop rate pipe liquid accumulation frozen block.Through troubleshooting,the gas⁃liquid linkage valve maintenance was optimized.
