线路截断阀是管道安全运行的重要保证。根据西气东输工程的特点，结合已建成投产天然气管道线路截断阀的设置和新产品的开发趋势，分析线路截断阀的设置、阀门结构、截断阀配套的执行机构以及国内外阀门厂家的生产情况等，为西气东输管道线路截断阀设置提供参考依据。
The line block valves are of vital importance for the safety operation of the pipeline. Based on the characteristics of the China's West-to-East Gas Pipeline and with the consideration of the line block valve installation on existing gas pipelines and the development tendency of new products, analysed the line block valve installation, valve structure, assembled valve actuators and production situation of valve manufacturers in and outside China, established the reference basis of installing line block valves for the China's West-to-East Gas Pipeline.
