摘要
川气东送各输气站场均设置ESD联锁保护系统,在检维修过程中会定期开展ESD联锁功能测试。输气站场进出站截断阀均配备Shafer气液联动执行机构作为动力驱动,下发ESD命令时进出站截断阀均执行联锁关断,在日常输气站场ESD联锁功能测试过程中进出站气液联动执行机构执行关阀动作时多次出现先导阀泄放口喷油故障现象。针对喷油现象从ESD关阀原理入手,通过对气液联动执行机构行程开关力矩调整、执行器摆缸密封修复、油罐油位不平衡调整以及气质脏污处理消除喷油故障。在预防措施中,提出了通过对ESD联锁测试前进行油位检测、油罐以及执行器摆缸排污操作、滤芯清洗、以及加强日常设备管理等防护措施,提高了气液联动执行机构运行完好率。
The ESD interlocking protection system is set up in all gas stations of Sichuan to East transmission pipeline and its interlocking function test will be carried out regularly during the station inspection and maintenance. The inlet and outlet shut-off valves of gas transmission station are equipped with Shafer gas- liquid linkage actuator as power driver, which could execute interlock shutoff operation while received an ESD command. During the daily test of ESD interlocking function, the oil spout fault of priority valve bleeder often appeared while the gasliquid linkage actuator performing the closing valve action. This paper analyzed the principle of ESD shutoff and eliminated oil spout failure through adjusting the torque of hydraulic linkage actuator travel switch, actuator cylinder seal repairing, uneven oil level adjustment of oil tank and gas smudge disposing. We proposed oil level detection before ESD interlocking test, unloading of tank and actuator cylinder, filter cleaning, and strengthen daily equipment management as preventive measures, which could improve the operation rate of the gas- liquid linkage actuator.
