摘要
川气东送输气站场干线越站截断阀采用Shafer气液联动执行机构驱动,具备紧急情况下爆管紧急切断和人为开关阀功能。干线越站气液联动执行机构具有ESD紧急关断功能,现场ESD电磁阀处于带电关闭状态,当电磁阀失电后迅速导通ESD气路,实现紧急关阀。川气东送输气站场增多次因上级供电故障导致ESD电磁阀失电造成越站紧急截断阀关断,在目前状况下不能实现ESD电磁阀失电后就地气动开启阀门。本文通过对气液联动执行机构ESD气路进行分析探讨及改造,实现ESD电磁阀掉电关阀后现场就地气动开启干线越站阀门,快速恢复输气干线供气流程。
Trunk line shutdown valve of Sichuan to East gas transmission station is driven by SHAFER pneumatic-hydraulic actuator,the functions of which are bursting the pipes in an emergency,Emergency cut-off and switching the valves personally.The SHAFER pneumatic-hydraulic actuator has the function of Emergency Shutdown System. The ESD electromagnetic valve keeps closed with the power on,but when the power off,the gas circuit are unblocked rapidly to shut the main valve down. The shutdown valve of Sichuan to east gas transmission station has been shut down for many times because The superior power failures lead to the ESD electromagnetic valve out of power. Due to our present situation,it is impossible to open the valve by gas immediately when the ESD electromagnetic valve is out of power. This paper mainly discussed how to open the valve by gas immediately when the ESD electromagnetic valve is out of power,to recover the gas supply process of gas transmission trunk line rapidly,by analyzing,discussing and reconstructing the gas path of Pneumatic-hydraulic Actuator.
