摘要
聚焦培养目标,打造专业特色,是提高人才培养质量的基础条件。结合师范专业认证、小学教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准以及教育部全面提高本科教育教学质量等系列文件精神,提出从强化应用型人才培养思维、促进多学科交叉融合、整合资源驱动协同发展、构建人才培养闭环体系等方面发力,持续打造小学教育专业特色,并对具体实施策略作了探讨。
Focusing on the training objectives and constructing the characteristics of primary education are the fundamental to improve the quality of talent training,Based on the professional certification of teacher training,the Standards of the professional ability for teachers of primary education majors,and the spirit of a series of documents such as the Ministry of Education,s comprehensive improvement of the quality of undergraduate teaching and education and so on,We researched how to create talent training characteristics of primary education from Strengthening the cultivation of applied talents,building multi-disciplinary cross-integration,resource integration—driven coordinated development,and robust closed—loop quality improvement,and also we analyzed the specific strategies and practices.
