摘要 教师科研反哺教学对地方应用型高校实现人才培养目标、打造一流教学质量和改善教学条件具有重要意义,但存在反哺思路不精准、教师反哺素养不足和学校反哺机制不健全等问题。安康学院文学与传媒学院发挥二级学院主体性,从反哺思路梳理、教师素养重构、反哺方式探索和反哺机制改革四个方面进行改革创新,对地方应用型高校探索科研反哺育人之路具有借鉴和启示意义。 Research achievements feeding teaching is of great significance for local application-oriented universities to achieve the goal of talent training,build first-class teaching quality and improve teaching conditions.However,there are some problems,such as inaccurate feedback thinking,insufficient teachers'feedback quality and imperfect school feedback mechanism.The College of Literature and Media of Ankang University gives full play to the subjectivity of secondary colleges,and carries out reform practice from four aspects,namely,sorting out feedback ideas,reconstruction of teachers,quality,exploration of feedback ways and reform of feedback mechanisms,which has a reference and enlightenment value.
