摘要
针对和谐型电力机车计划修存在的部分部件失修、过剩修问题,对机车健康评分和关键部件寿命进行分析,提出一种机车健康评估方案。并基于机车健康评估方案设计开发了一套信息软件系统,在机务生产作业现场开展实际应用,取得了一定的应用效果。
Aiming at solving the problem of disrepair and excess repair of some components in the planned repair of harmonious electric locomotives,this paper studies the locomotive health score and the life analysis of key components,and a locomotive health assessment scheme is proposed.A set of information system software is designed and developed based on the locomotive health assessment scheme,which is applied in the locomotive production site and has achieved certain application results.
