摘要
为适应国家能源集团铁路货车检修模式的转变,进一步提升生产指挥的科学化和智能化水平,结合货车状态检修和安全生产指挥实际业务,分析货车状态修生产指挥系统需求,设计国家能源集团货车状态修生产指挥系统,重点从系统总体架构、物理架构、技术架构、应用功能和关键技术等角度进行阐述。实践表明,货车状态修生产指挥系统实现了状态修模式下生产作业的高效调度指挥,保障车列固定编组率95%以上,有效控制了零散车数量,提高了扣车组织兑现率,为国家能源集团铁路货车的安全运行和高效运输提供了重要保障。
This study aims to provide an approach for adapting to the change in the maintenance mode of railway freight cars of China Energy and further improve the scientific and intelligent level of production command.On the basis of the actual applications of condition-based maintenance of railway freight cars and safety production command,the requirements of the production command system were analyzed and a relevant system was designed for the condition-based maintenance of railway freight cars.The production command system was elucidated mainly from the perspectives of overall system architecture,physical architecture,technical architecture,application functions and key technologies.The results show that this system can facilitate the efficient dispatch and command of production operation in the condition-based maintenance mode,which thereby guarantees the fixed formation rate(higher than 95%)of railway freight cars and effectively reduces the number of scattered cars.Also,the redemption rate of car detaining organizations is improved.It plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation and efficient transportation of railway freight cars of China Energy.
