摘要
针对在采面煤炭运输量较大、运输距离长的生产情况下,传统的异步电机、液力耦合器组合方式无法满足采面高效运输的问题,提出将智能永磁直驱系统应用到带式输送机控制中,并对智能永磁直驱系统结构组成、运行监测以及现场应用效果进行阐述。现场应用表明,智能永磁直驱系统可显著提升带式输送机驱动系统传动效率,不仅可提升带式输送机运行安全保障能力,而且可降低综合能耗,技术优势较为显著。
In view of the large coal transportation volume and long transportation distance in the mining face,the traditional combination of asynchronous motor and hydraulic coupler can not meet the high-efficiency transportation problem in the mining face,this paper puts forward the application of intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system to the control of belt conveyor,and expounds the structure,operation monitoring and field application effect of the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system.The field application shows that the intelligent permanent magnet direct drive system can significantly improve the transmission efficiency of the belt conveyor drive system,not only improve the safety guarantee ability of the belt conveyor,but also reduce the comprehensive energy consumption.
