摘要
受工程片段性、单件性和临时性的影响,供应链管理思想在工程行业并没有得到充分发展,因此需要从工程本身的特点出发,研究供应链管理与工程领域结合的方法。已有研究多以总承包商为工程供应链的核心组织开展,而工程供应链与制造业供应链的主要区别是组织与组织之间合作关系的不同,因此从工程供应链的双核心特征出发,根据其实现过程构建面向工程供应链的风险因素集,利用考虑了可控性的FMECA方法评价风险因素,结合灰色关联系数对评价值排序,实现对工程供应链风险的识别和评价。实例计算表明,该风险因素的构建科学合理,改进的FMECA方法可行有效,评价结果可以较准确地反映工程供应链的风险级别和风险管理中需要继续优化的节点。
Construction supply chain management has not been fully developed because of the fragmentary,simplicity and temporary ofprojects when compared with supply chain management in manufacturing,so it needs to study the method of combining the construction withsupply chain based on the character of construction. Current studies took the general contractor as the core of the chain,but the differencebetween construction supply chain and manufacture supply chain was cooperation mode. This study established the risk factors set on the basisof the double cores characteristics of construction supply chain,used the FMECA method with the consideration of controllability to evaluate,used the grey correlation coefficient to range,then got the analysis and evaluation of the construction supply chain risks. The example provesthat the risk factors set are scientific and reasonable and the method is feasible and effective.
