摘要
随着大数据技术成熟,机车检修也引进大量先进服务器以及智能终端设备,当前的检修作业流程还是传统的模式,没有充分利用设备资源。文章阐述了检修过程中数据规模以及部分智能设备,分析数据的模式以及存储方案,设计了大数据信息平台的总体架构,通过大数据信息平台,对促进机车智能检修在铁路行业的研究具有积极意义。
With the maturity of big data technology,a large number of advanced servers and intelligent terminal equipment were introduced for the locomotive overhaul.However,the current overhaul process was still a traditional mode,which did not make full use of equipment resources.This article expounded the data scale and some intelligent equipment in the process of overhaul,analyzed the data mode and storage scheme,and designed the overall structure of the big data information platform.Through the big data information platform,it is helpful for maintenance personnel to make correct decisions in locomotive overhaul by using big data.
