从既有铁路电务系统技术条件和装备能力出发,提出一套电务设备维护和上线作业卡控系统方案。介绍系统组成、功能和关键技术。该系统可对外巡、外检、现场施工、应急抢修的电务人员安全卡控,为设备巡检提供智能化管理,保障了人身和设备安全。
Based on current technical conditions and equipment capability of railway C＆S service, a railway C＆S equipment maintenance and on-line job control system solution is given together with an introduction to its composition, function and key technologies. The system can he used to providing security control management for C＆S staff by outdoor inspection, outdoor device detection, on-site operation, emergency repairs, offering intelligent management for device inspection and ensuring personal and equipment safety.
