摘要 本文针对变电站的检修特点,需要设定围栏、标牌,专责人员监护,检修人员的主观意识对检修安全产生隐患,提出了一种基于物联网架构的智能检修报警系统的设计方案。参照物联网四层架构体系从感知层到应用层对系统进行了设计,感知层采用激光传感技术、振动检测技术代替围栏;传输层采用网关实现系统上下层信息交换;服务层提供变电站装置分布模板,检修任务模板等多种数据库;应用层在人机交互较好的Android平台实现。本系统实现了变电站检修的专业化、智能化,提高了检修工作的工作效率,使检修人员更加安全。 This article proposes some designing scheme of intelligent maintenance alarm system of transformer substation based on things oriented architecture according to the maintenance characteristic, the need of rail, scutcheon and care by specialist staff and the risk of subjective consciousness caused by maintenance staff. It designs from the sensing layer to the application layer referring to the four frame system of things oriented architecture. The sensing layer adopts laser sensor technology and vibration detecting technology to replace the rail; the transferring layer changes the information by using the gateway; the servicing layer supply multiple database including the distribution model of substation equipment and maintenance mission. The application layer is realized in the Android platform with better man-machine interaction. This system achieve the professional and intelligent maintenance of transformer substation and improve the work efficiency that the maintenance staff will be safer.
