摘要
数字经济发展改变了市场经济发展的形态。高职院校会计专业人才培养则应以数字经济发展为核心,推进会计专业人才教育创新发展。基于数字经济发展背景,分析了高职院校会计专业人才培养需求和人才培养困境,提出了建立数据化的会计专业课程教育学习平台、营造良好的数字经济教育创新发展环境、丰富高职院校数字经济教育实训内容和实训模式、构建会计专业人才自主化学习培养体系等建议,以期为数字经济背景下高职院校开拓会计专业人才培养新路径提供理论参考。
The development of digital economy has changed the shape of market economy development.The training of accounting professionals in vocational colleges and universities should take the development of digital economy as the core and promote the education and innovation and development of accounting professionals.Based on the background of the development of digital economy,this paper analyzes the training needs and talent training dilemma of accounting professionals in vocational colleges,and puts forward suggestions such as establishing a data-based education and learning platform for accounting professional courses,creating a good environment for the innovation and development of digital economy education,enriching the training content and training mode of digital economy education in vocational colleges,and building an independent learning and training system for accounting professionals,in order to provide theoretical reference for higher vocational colleges to open up a new path for the training of accounting professionals under the background of digital economy.
